Nano-Crystalline Technology (NCT)
An additive to the polymer structure of the graphite frame, for reinforcement at key stress points while allowing for fine tuning of the weight and balance.
Ion Frame Geometry
The shaft is flared in 2 dimensions between the bridge and the handle to create a progressive flex, increasing power transfer.
Thermal Core Technology
Using a new process that heats the racquet core to higher temperature during the curing phase, so that the racquet structure is cured uniformly inside and out.
16K Hyper Tensile
This is the latest and highest quality carbon fibre Black Knight uses. It incorporates 16,000 fibre filaments to produce the strongest graphite to date. The benefit is the ability to withstand high tension stringing without sacrificing the structural integrity of the frame.

Reacting to the shock of impact with the ball, BrainWeave stiffens progressively and enhances the frames reaction and recovery as it transfers energy to the projectile. The harder the hit, the greater the change in the BrainWeave. However, the material recovers almost instantly, returning to its normal state.
