A. You can View Our Return/Exchange Policy Details

Q. What racquet should I get?

A. This is a very loaded question and has different answers for everyone. This depends a lot on age, game style, and budget. We have several different pages to help you narrow down you search. Start with SquashGalaxy's Exclusive Racquet Ratings Section and Our Best Selling Squash Racquets, then if you still aren’t sure or want to try one out before you buy it, we strongly suggest our Squash Racquet Demo Program.

Q. Are the racquet upgrades worth it?

A. Quite simply, we wouldn’t recommend the upgrades if we didn’t feel they are worth it. But if you had to pick and choose, we would recommend them in this order. #1: String: most squash racquets are strung with a lower grade string from the factory; these don’t offer the best quality play and can often break prematurely from a simple miss-hit. #2: Grip & Overgrip: This is the point of contact between the player and you weapon; it is very important to get the best feel for each individual player. #3: Dampener and Tape: Some players feel vibration and others don’t. It doesn’t affect performance, more so just a mental annoyance when playing. Grommet Tape will prolong the life of your grommet and lengthen period between restringing as well as extend the life of the racquet.

Q. I requested the string upgrade but it doesn’t look like you restrung it?

A. Per all the manufacturers’ request, we need to re-stencil the company’s logo back on the strings after we perform you custom string upgrade... this is why it would look like way. We are all human and certainly a mistake can happen… but please take a close look at your strings and confirm they are correct before contacting us. If we have made a mistake, we will gladly correct our error.

Q. I selected a custom tension/ pattern, why was my racquet not restrung?

A. All racquet comes pre-strung from the factory. To have a custom tension or stringing pattern installed on your racquet, you must select the string upgrade ($21.95-$25.00) on your racquet for this to be done. If this is not selected then your tension request or pattern is not applicable,

Q. Is there a warranty on my racquet?

A. Due to the nature of the sport, there is no implied warranty from MOST of the manufacturers. It is on a case by case basis. If you racquet is over 6 months old, this would be outside any manufacturers review window. If you feel you racquet has broken prematurely, email [email protected] and we can review the situation and let you if a warranty can be pursued.

Q. I’m interested in shoes but do not know my size or have a place to try on court shoes.

A. We understand buying shoes online is tough and local options are limited. View our sneaker return policy in case your shoes do not fit. MOST, shoes fit the same as your regular street or running shoes. If there is a discrepancy and a shoe constantly runs small, we will denote this in the description. What other customers do is order 2-3 pair of shoes to try on different sizes/or styles and then only have to make one return.
