Description of the Racquet
New for 2014 - IN STOCK NOW
For 2014 Head has decided to add to their #1 Selling Graphene line up frames launching the new Graphene Xenon 140. The Graphene Xenon 140 is a great frame for the player looking for both power and control. The 14x17 string pattern and elongated head shape offers additional power over the similarly shaped Graphene 130. The Graphene technology is the #1 selling technology at Squash Galaxy so we see no reason why this won't slide in and become another best seller very quickly.
This is an early release of the 2014 Xenon Graphene line and will be available in VERY limited quantities....the full inventory for this frame will not be available until May 2014. Be the first at your club to walk in with this new and exciting line of Head Graphene Squash frames.
What is Graphene exactly? Well Graphene is an ultra-light and ultra-strong substance which is 200 times stronger than steel. Head places Graphene in the shaft so that weight can be redistributed to more functionally relevant areas of the handle and tip. This unique construction provides players with increased swing weight for more power with less effort.

Our favorite Squash wrap grip is the Gamma Hi Tec. It's only $8 to have it installed at the time of purchase. It has a great tacky feel and sticks to your hand even when it gets wet.
The Tecnifibre 305 17g string upgrade is recommended because factory string is less playable/durable then the Tecnifibre 305 17g string we suggest. At the time of purchase, the Tecnifibre 305 17g restring upgrade is $21.95. It's normally $36 if you mailed the racquet to us later so you save $14 if you choose the upgrade right away. The tecnifibre will fray before it breaks and that's completely normal so don't worry about it!
If you choose a vibration dampener go with the Silencer (Our favorite), Head Smart Sorb, Head Megasorb, or the BBB (Big Bad Band).
A question we get everyday is "What is Grommet Tape?" It's a piece of tape that goes over the head (bumper) of your racquet. Sometimes you need a restring because of a broken bumper. For an extra buck to add this, it could save you $25-40!!
We recommend an overgrip for players that tend a sweat a lot, want to build up a grip, or wear through wrap grips very often. An overgrip is thinner and wears quicker than re-grips, but can be changed much quicker and easier than a re-grip. We recommend the Wilson Pro Overgrip, but for those looking for the best sweat absorption, durability, and feel... the Overgrip/ Re-grip gives the best combination. Note** when an overgrip is installed, you will not be able to see the re-grip if chose to have it installed.
We get follow up calls/emails everyday thanking us for the upgrades as they really help bring out the performance of the racquet.
